The right feel for nature, trust and time
All our wines have a story to tell. About their origin and grape varieties, about the soils they arise from and about the rhythm of nature that gives each one of them its own touch every year anew. Also, for the wines themselves they tell a story about us and how we relate to them. We know, genuine, energetic, harmonious and expressive wines can only result from a healthy, bustling and sustainable environment. This is why we cultivate our vineyards after bio-dynamic principles and eventually became a demeter certified estate in 2010. Over the past decade we have learned to keep a close eye on our vines, to understand their needs and traits. This in turn, allows us to work with both increasingly better grape material and a constantly more uncompromising vinification. We ferment our wines spontaneously, do not control the temperatures anymore and we add less and less sulphites and occasionally none at all. Also, we focus on the factor of time because we know that slowly but surely it will show the hidden facets of our wines.
