“Two very aromatic grapes that could lead to an excess of aromatics, turning the wine into a boring mellow wine. But it worked very well together, combining with each other in a complementary way, making the wine very interesting, with several layers of complexity.
With a yellow colour, it has a intense initial aroma with strong Moscatel notes and mineral scents. During tasting, it reveals a more fruity side, from the Fernão Pires, keeping a mineral side to it. In the mouth it shows a strong flavour, fresh with fruit and yeast, with a background of vegetable keeping things exciting. Good acidity that imprints a good crisp feeling in the mouth.”
