Marco Cordani

Da quattro generazioni la famiglia Cordani lavora a vigna sui pendii dei colli di Celleri, Marco dal 2002 è dedicato a tempo pieno in azienda. 10 Ha totali di cui circa 5 a vite, 1,5 Ha per le uve a bacca bianca (Malvasia Ortrugo Trebbiano Sauvignon Moscato), e 3,5 Ha per le uve a bacca rossa (Barbera Bonarda Syrah) L’azienda e in due corpi ad una distanza di 1 Km le vigne sono volte ad oriente su pendii a circa 200 mslm. Tutte le lavorazioni (esclusa la vendemmia che è una specie di festa di famiglia) dalla creazione dei vigneti alla vendita sono fatte da Marco. In vigna si limitano al massimo i trattamenti anche se biologici, non si usano concimi. L’azienda è certificata biologica, dal 2015 i vini frizzanti si ottengono con rifermentazione naturale in bottiglia.
