“Aperitivo Saiano it’s a very limited edition and a different interpretation of the Arrangiato’s original recipe. The 2015 vintage was very rich in power, particularly for Sangiovese grapes, which mainly composed the base of this liquor; so that we thought about playing with citrus fruits and their fresh notes to make it the perfect aperitivo. This citrusy part makes its profile slightly less herbaceous and balsamic than ‘Arrangiato’.” – Alex Fulvi
