A deep and complex nose reveals buttery aromas. The attack – full and plump – is followed by a very beautiful minerality typical of shale soils. Some nice citrus  notes reminiscent of candied lemons. A gastronomic wine that calls for a special dish.

En Janvier 2008, Charlotte et Thomas se sont lancés dans une aventure merveilleuse de vinification avec l’acquisition du Clos de l’domaine Élu, sur les terres schisteuses riches de l’Anjou Noir. Avec une expérience de plusieurs années en tant que consultant en vin (Thomas), dans les domaines de la communication et de la gestion (Charlotte), ils sont tous deux profondément passionnés par la vie de ce domaine qui se trouve sur les meilleurs terroirs de la vallée du Layon. Les 20 hectares sont cultivées en agriculture biologique et le domaine offre une gamme structurée de différents vins qui sont expressives et pleines de finesse.
