How can minimize my risk?

We know this may sound counter-intuitive. After all, you send your wines all the way to Denmark without knowing when you will receive your payment. So yes, there is a short-term risk.

But think about the long term. Would you rather have one big customer or many smaller customers?

When you are dropped by your one big customer, you have to start all over. But if you deal directly with restaurants and consumers, you are much less sensitive to getting dropped by a customer. For longer you work independently, the more robust you get.

But it requires long-term thinking.
